La “Iniciativa del Autismo” le invita al grupo de apoyo de Madres y Padres, *en persona* y en español!

The program will focus on the development of independent life skills, including self-advocacy, independent living, communication skills, and strategies for developing positive relationships for teenagers from 14 to 21 years.  This hybrid program will meet on certain Thursday evenings and include a variety of community-based outings, during which participants will put a previously learned skill into action.

Registration is now open for our Advocacy for Parents Providing Leadership in Education, “APPLE Academy”, this is a set of advocacy activities and trainings over 6 courses designed to increase the capacity of family, caregivers, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to become advocacy leaders and engage in civic activities.
