On September 17, 2025, Sinergia hosted OPWDD Commissioner Willow Baer, along with her Strategic Planning Team and the Language Access Team. This visit provided an important platform for our Spanish-speaking community to share valuable insights, feedback, and aspirations regarding OPWDD services and the broader system of care.
During their time with us, the Commissioner and her team toured our Day Habilitation program and office space, where they were welcomed with warmth, culture, and even a touch of merengue dancing!
We extend our sincere thanks to Commissioner Baer for being such a thoughtful listener and for bringing hope to our community. At Sinergia, we remain wholeheartedly committed to advocacy that benefits many, including the families and children we are honored to serve.

El 17 de Septiembre de 2025, Sinergia recibio a la Comisionada de OPWDD, Willow Baer, junto con su Equipo de Planificación Estratégica y el Equipo de Acceso Lingüístico.
