 This three-week comprehensive series, offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM-1 PM is designed to help parents of children with disabilites become effective advocates for their children and learn how to navigate the special education system in New York City.  This series is free of charge to parents of children with disabilities. - Wkshp #3: the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process;
