TOPIC: WHO IS THE DDPC? The NYS Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC) is a Federally-funded, NYS Agency. The Council develops and funds a wide array of demonstration projects which seek to identify innovative new ways to support self-direction, independent living and community inclusion.
