ACCES-VR is part of the NYS Education Department and helps to ensure that all youth with disabilities are prepared for employment, post-secondary education and community living when they leave school.  This workshop conducted by an official from the Harlem ACCES-VR office, will explain their programs and services and answer all your questions about transition and youth services.
